Vendor Rules, Rates & Agreement

Rates & booking

• Food trucks: $100/day — choose a numbered 30×15 ft spot (1–6), up to 6 trucks a day, any day, year-round.
• Crafters: $35/day for one 15×15 space, or $50/day for two adjacent spaces (1–44) on the grassy field; bring your own tables and tents. Friday–Sunday, year-round.
• Market hours are 7am–9pm; you set your own hours within that window.
• All spots are paid in advance online; your spot isn't confirmed until payment clears.
• The market runs rain or shine, and fees are non-refundable. Food trucks run rain or shine. If the weather is bad, crafters may contact us to move their booking to another day.

Permits, insurance & taxes

• Vendors are responsible for all necessary permits, licenses, and certificates, kept current and available for inspection.
• Food trucks must carry general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Blue Water Properties III, LLC as additional insured before their first day. If you don't have it yet but can obtain it, please email it to us as soon as possible.
• Each vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting Maryland sales tax.
• The Health Department may conduct periodic inspections — please be ready.

Conduct & setup

• Food trucks: no Italian-themed trucks (there's already an Italian restaurant in the center).
• Keep your space clean and remove all trash and equipment at the end of your day.

Hold Harmless & Release of Liability

By accepting this agreement, the Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Water Properties III, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Vendor's participation in the Bel Air Plaza Food & Craft Market, including damage to property or vehicles and injury to persons. Blue Water Properties III, LLC is not responsible for any property or vehicle damage, theft, or personal injury occurring during the event. Participation is at the Vendor's own risk.
