Food Trucks

Every day · all day
$100 per truck, per day
  • Book any days you like — up to 7 a week, rain or shine
  • Set up any time within the 7am–9pm window
  • Up to 6 trucks a day — pick your numbered spot (1–6) when you book
  • Each spot is 30×15 ft in the food-truck area
  • No Italian-themed trucks (there's already an Italian restaurant in the center)
  • Carry your own insurance; COI must list Blue Water Properties III, LLC
  • Accept the rules & rates + hold-harmless when you apply
  • Pay in advance; your spot locks in once payment clears

Craft Market

Fri, Sat & Sun · 7am–9pm
$35 one space · $50 for two
  • Professional crafters only — handmade goods
  • No flea-market items, household goods or used clothing
  • A numbered 15×15 space (1–44) on the grassy field — $35 for one, or $50 for two adjacent spaces
  • Bring your own tables & tents
  • Reserve any of Friday, Saturday & Sunday, year-round — if weather is bad, contact us to pick another day
  • Accept the rules & rates + hold-harmless when you apply
  • Pay in advance; your day locks in once payment clears

Food trucks pick a numbered 30×15 ft spot (1–6); crafters pick a numbered 15×15 ft space (1–44). Spot 1 is nearest the trucks. Crafters bring their own tables & tents.

We look over your application and approve you if you're a fit.

You'll get an email with a link to set your password and switch on your account.

Book & pay

Log in, grab your days on the calendar, and pay securely online.

Food trucks head to their booked spot (1–6). Crafters bring their own setup and grab any open patch of grass — earlier arrival, better pick.
